I felt valued, listened to and consulted. Paul was very skilled at asking the right questions, while at the same time guiding me through the rather daunting prospect of what was involved in developing a Simple Web Manager website. It was an open process with all costs involved and options explained clearly to me.Setting up a website was a brand new experience for me. I felt that Paul was respectful of my anxieties and prepared to work at my pace, which often required a great deal of patients. He let me take the time I needed to make decisions and although we had excellent input from the graphic designer he was able to accommodate me changing my mind on several occasions about colour scheme and format. Working with the team at Turboweb after the site has launched has been extremely good. They have responded immediately to any enquires or issues that have arisen, provided me with excellent advice when needed. I feel that I am not on my own in managing the website and that Paul is only a phone call away. RD Petroleum RD Petroleum faced the issue of having already spent capital to establishing a website, but found its performance less than satisfactory. We were experiencing a less than satisfactory amount of traffic through the website, due to a big issue with the search engines and where the link for our site appeared. We found our site appearing way down the list of links when key words related to the industry we are in were typed into the search engines.We decided to bring the Turboweb team on board and have them take a look at our website. In a short time I found myself attending the free seminars which were very useful. It was the Turboweb team that identified the issue with the search engines and so after some discussions with the guys we had them help us out. Turboweb came up with some great ideas to sort this issue out and as a result we now have a much better position in search results. They definitely know what they are talking about and I find the system they use to manage the website very user friendly. There have been a number of great suggestions from the team and we plan on implementing them this year. Looking towards the future we plan to work closely and do some more projects with the Turboweb team and I also plan to keep on attending the free seminars as well. Tim Armstrong - Freeload We first met Paul and the guys at Turboweb back in 2009 when they built our first website for us around their Simple Web Manager system. They understood our needs immediately, and were able to create a fantastic site that has worked brilliantly for the last 18 months.Being product designers by trade, we had some strong ideas about how we wanted our site to function and look. Turboweb were able to make this a reality and were great at helping us through a lot of decisions which were all new to us at the time. The SWM package has proved to be very functional and easy to use; the guys have thought of everything. Fast forward to May 2011 and we've just completed a re-design of the site. It great to deal with geeks that understand we don't speak programmers language, or want to! I have worked with the Turboweb team on two projects now: the web redesign of George Street Normal School and the development of the Strategic School Marketing website. I am not a geek. Ron Esplin It was last year, when I was talking to a friend about the limitations of my existing website, that I first heard about Turboweb. The positive comments she shared about her experience with Turboweb aroused my curiosity, so I gave them a call.The team were both welcoming and helpful. Di Tocker - Dicast I thought that creating a website for my glass art was going to be a huge and painful task. But I was wrong and that's thanks to the guys at Turboweb. After they set me up with the Simple Web Manager I was able to do most of it myself. Paul set me up a trial site for how it could look, then, having learnt how to access it and use it correctly I was away and ended up really enjoying the process. When I got stuck or had a query the guys were only a phone call away.My website functions really well and people on dial-up can even access it easily. Jeff Porter - Allan Court Motel Hi Paul,Just thought I would let you know how very happy we are with our site. From the first contact with Turboweb you turned up on site with a design that was exactly what we where looking for. Right colour, design and format, something that looked great and most of all easy to work and understand. We have had an amazing amount of enquires. People are commenting on the photos and asking which photos belong to which room, something that never happened before. I had an inquiry the other day, they were on the phone, asking questions and looking at our site at the same time. It was then that I realised I had not worded somethings as well as I should have. So when I had a spare moment I went and edited the page. Now for me to be able to do this is amazing, I would call myself technophobic.
