Phone Support
Should you need help with your website, email or any other aspect feel free to contact us by phone. We operate a 24/7 manned answering service and provide direct assistance between 9am and 5:30pm. Email Support
We use a "ticketing system" to track support emails. What this means for you is that any email communication you have with us is logged and tracked through our support systems. This allows us to assign your email to the right person to resolve the issue, and to make sure that when the problem is fixed that we get back to you as soon as it's done.
Remote Assistance via Internet
We use remote assistance tools to help resolve issues. This system allows us to see your screen and control your mouse and keyboard - with your explicit permission. It's just like having one of us right there helping you out.
